Very friendly staff, excellent restaurant and pub. Very close to the train station
Organized trips are a little expencive.
Near to railway station (location) and budget friendly.
Convenient to the railwaystation. Pleasant garden atmosphere. Obliging staff and good restaurant
Very good staff. Manager was excellent. Nice quiet quadrangle.
The location - quitet, close to the Eastern Gate to Taj
Sheets were not clean, we asked to be changed (they did) no toilet paper, no hangers, no towels (we had to ask for everything but they provided all)
Excellent location near main railway station, very pleasant beer garden, quiet and relaxing, Kingfisher on tap and tasty tandoori, friendly helpful staff organised visit to wagah border and of course the Golden Temple, couldnt fault it.
The hotel though located bang opposite the railway station was indeed bad. The staff said that some rooms were under renovation and hence the poor quality of rooms. There were cobwebs and spiders in the room.A Big hole in the cup-board which gave us a suspicion that there could be a rat in the room. The ac made rattling noise and had to be switched off.The mug provided in toilet was dirty beyond use. This was brought to the notice of the management who were apologetic and reduced Rs 200 from the room rent which was Rs 1400. This is not a complaint and can be checked the staff concerned.
Very quiet central courtyard is an escape from the madness outside. Also a great beer drinking area in the courtyard and good meals. Internet access was also a big bonus and the tours were great
Its historically built rooms, awesome room structure.
Not this time coz I stayed just for few hrs only:)
Great location with lost of potential after refurbishment; welcoming staff.
Located very close to the train station. Organised a good tour out to the Border Ceremony and the Golden Temple. A good restaurant.
Generally very comfortable but not well appointed and with reception a young gentlemen on the reception the staff were unhelpful
Generally the staff and lack of interest in helping their guests unless they are getting money from you
Helpful people, great restaurant/bar, lovely atmosphere- nothing was a problem
Being well looked after with easy excursions and genuine concern that I had a safe trip as I am an older lady on her own.
Needing to pay for everything in cash.
